- In Tokyo, there are many super high-rise buildings that are becoming landmarks. We have decided that rather than appealing to the beauty and presence of the external appearance, we shall instead emphasize harmony with the town, and create a design that brings out a relaxed and elegant pleasantness. Rather than a super high-rise that emphasizes its individuality, we instead place the emphasis on a pleasant residential environment and harmony with the town, to design an urban residence. That is what the Park Court name is all about: a residence that breathes confidence.
