- We have designed three gardens for enjoyment from the Forest Suite with modern Japanese style interior design on the first floor of Kaede Residence Building D: the 'Scenery Garden' seen from the living and dining area, the 'Senses Garden' seen from the bedroom for a peaceful rest, and the 'Flowing Garden' for enjoying the sound of flowing water from the bathroom.
This is a guesthouse in the style of a suite provided to guests coming from afar for a relaxed stay.

Attention has been given to prioritize the privacy of each unit with the design of this corridor, which also gives residents a warm home-welcoming on rainy or cold days with its calm, hotel-like atmosphere.

On the first floor of each residence are lockers for keeping home delivery items that arrive while residents are out. The delivered items are generally shown in the corresponding household's security intercom's color monitor (residential information board).

Electric-assist bicycles are available at the Rental Cycle area to help make your daily shopping or small outings more convenient (free of charge).
- Concierge Services
- To ensure that we can take care of everyone living at Hiroo Garden Forest, we have set up a concierge counter at the Sakura Residence, Kaede Residence, and Shirakaba Residence. We provide a wide range of concierge services to support the diversified lifestyles and respond the various needs of every resident, such as accepting reservations for using the common facilities, providing information on services like rental cars and catering. In addition, we also provide assistance to contribute to the creation of a high-quality community worthy of Hiroo Garden Residence, through planning and holding all kinds of events.

- Home Attendant Service, Service Hours: 9:00 to 17:00/ 6 days a week (with a one-hour break)
Holiday: 5-day period at the end and start of the year - A home attendant is posted at the Administration and Disaster Prevention Center to respond to all sorts of household needs, such as fixing lights, removing bulky trash, moving items, carrying home delivery packages to the service counter and many other small errands. This service is provided to enhance the daily convenience of every resident by being dependable to respond to any daily troubles and requirements for assistance.
