The making of this residential area goes back 70 years.
It was around the beginning of the Showa period when it all started. The concept was to create a township in the style of the English garden, where residents would be surrounded by an abundance of plants and flowers planted over 8ha of vast land. And so Mitsui Hamada Ground was born.
The green environment prospered over time, nurturing happy memories of people as they met and shared laughter. That place of happiness has now transformed into a 'township' with people living alongside natural landscape, creating new life as time passes.
