

- Do I have to pay a fee to inquire about the property?
- There are no charges for inquiries, including document requests.
- How should I contact you if I find a property I'm interested in?
- First confirm the property ID shown on this website, then contact us by submitting the Inquiry Form to us after entering the required items.
- Can you send me the property materials if I'm living outside of Japan?
- We can send the materials to you. We will arrange for the information to reach you, although several days may be required for international mail.
- If I'm living outside of Japan, can I sign a purchase agreement even if I don't go to Japan?
- When a representative of the purchaser signs the purchase agreement, a power of attorney from the purchaser and the representative's seal are required. For the purposes of power of attorney, an impression of the purchaser's registered seal is required, accompanied by a Certificate of Seal Impression. Proof of signature is required if the purchaser does not have a Japan resident's card.
- If I'm living outside of Japan, will I have to travel to Japan several times before I can sign the purchase agreement?
- We will help you complete as much of the application process as possible by e-mail, fax or regular mail.
