


Updating of property information
- The "Property summary" pages on our website showing the new condominiums and houses we are managing or have for sale (including advance advertisements) are updated Monday to Friday using a batch processing program.
(Updates do not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as these are non-business days for the Company.)
Sales status
- Please direct all inquiries regarding the sales status of properties to the contact listed for the property concerned. Properties may be under contract or withdrawn from sale.
Travelling time
- Changeovers and waiting times are not included in travelling times listed. Travelling times will also vary slightly depending on the time of day or night.
Renderings, photographs, etc.

- Some of the drawings are a combination of rendering and photographs of the building's surrounds. All drawings, photographs, floor plans and renderings, etc. are different to the real thing.
- Complete plans and re-developed schematic drawings, etc. may change under directive from the government administration office.
- Photographs of views may differ, depending on the room. Photographs taken from surrounding buildings are also different to the views from within the room.
Car parks, etc.
- Please direct all inquiries regarding availability of car parks in completed condominiums to the contact listed for the property concerned. For all off-site car parks, you will need to contact the owner of the car park directly and enter into a contract with that owner. The Company offers a referral service only, and cannot guaranty future availability of such car parks.
Pets
- Keeping of pets in condominiums which permit it shall depend on the size of and manner in which the pet is kept, and must comply with the provisions of management rules.
Direction
- Directional symbols may be slightly inaccurate.
Condominium association boards
- For completed condominiums, you must join the pre-established condominium association board.
Sales price, etc.
- Furniture, lighting and other fixtures, charged options, etc. shown in photographs of the interior and similar are not included in the sales price. There are deadlines that apply to each property for applications for menu plans, options, and to change designs, including some charged items.
Prevailing information
- In the event of any difference between the information contained on this Website and the information of The Company's sales representative, information provided by The Company's sales representative shall prevail. Further, the current status shall prevail over all other information for all completed properties.
Documentation sent out
- In the event that the detailed documentation has not been completed, the Company may send out simplified versions of the same.

Japan Housing Finance Agency

- Soliciting purchasers: It is a condition that the purchase is for owner-residence.
(Facility building purchasers (A) -- Specified block building loans are for individuals purchasing residences.)
- Application qualifications: within the properties applicable for this finance, other than those that received approval for business before 2004, only persons qualified to claim residential housing and land credits may apply. Persons who are considered by the Finance Agency as qualified to apply for loans, including "Japanese citizens or foreigners (those who have received permission for permanent residence according to Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951, and special permanent residents as prescribed in Law No. 71 of 1991)".
- Please refer to the Finance Agency's pamphlets or various loan guides for more details on qualifications for borrowing applications and loan conditions.
- "The maximum loan rate is, with the exception of persons who have suffered from a disaster, 80 percent of the purchase price, depending on the applicant's income for the previous year (this is 80 percent for Urban Residence Renaissance Loans, regardless of annual income)".
